Help from the Underground

Help from the underground was a great success. Hundreds of people from all over Canberra flocked to see the show and donate to a worthy charity. The event, held in the basement of ZOO advertising, gave the evening a very industrial, high fashion feel. The outfits, made from opshop clothes were brilliantly put together to make some stunning eclectic outfits. For the hair there was no brief and that saw hairdressers backstage come up with some amazing creations. All in all it was an amazing event supporting the St Vincent De Paul Society.

You may or may not have noticed or come across it yet, but there is now a mini iPad that sits at the front desk. Bond is asking our clients the question "how do you feel about your experiance" at Bond so we can gain insight too what you, the client, think about your experience with each of the staff so we can make improvements for you. Our Interview with Mitch

Bond: Why hairdressing?

Mitch: I have always had a passion for hair so I decided it was time to do what I love for the rest of my life.

B: What are your goals/aspirations?

M: My goal is to finish my apprenticeship and be the best I can and push myself to learn as much as I can. I also would love to one day work on fashion catwalks.

B: What's your favourite part?

M: Would have to be everything as you can do so many different things and I find every bit different.

B: Favourite moment so far?

M: I have a few favourite moments which would have to be all the different training courses I have attended, I really love to learn.
